Q: How do I finish SilverSilk?
A: SilverSilk can be finished easily with findings such as crimp ends, ribbon ends, cord ends and soon, we will be launching our own line of findings that we have had custom designed for SilverSilk by metalsmith, Bill Leth. Stay tuned, we will offer free video tutorials soon!

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes, if you have a sales tax license, meet our minimum requirements and intend on reselling SilverSilk knitted wire, you may qualify to become a wholesale distributor. Our website does not have a wholesale login. If you own a bead or craft store and feel as though you meet the requirements of becoming a distributor, please contact Becky in our sales department at (610) 509-5881.

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to vie

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
